Our Mission

At larger law firms, your file may be passed around from one attorney to another, which could leave you feeling more like a file number than a client. We will handle your case personally, from start to finish.

We are always happy to answer questions and share our knowledge regarding any aspect of personal injury and/or workers’ compensation law, whether you are a client or are simply seeking information. Too many law firms simply see dollar signs when they look at their clients, and do not view their clients as individuals. We strive to be different, by listening to our clients and analyzing the issues in their cases in light of their personal circumstances.

Honesty is the foundation of any good of relationship, so we’ll tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly about your case. We will not tell you want you want to hear, or on the other hand, tell you that you should accept whatever is being offered to you. Rather, we will engage in a thorough analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of your case, and explain them in an honest, straight-forward manner.

Many of our clients never expected to be involved in a “lawsuit.” They are nervous and some feel ashamed that they are even seeking legal advice. They tell us that they are not the “sort of people” who would frivolously file a lawsuit. We understand, because we are not the type of lawyers who would file a baseless lawsuit. If your case is not worthwhile to pursue, we will tell you so. We will not waste your time or our time with years of emotionally draining litigation, if your case does not have merit.

On the other hand, if you are seriously injured as a result of negligence or a workplace accident, we are committed to fighting for all of your rights.
